I always turned in receipts when load was done. Never thought about if i could do it earlier. Call your dl or call payroll

 

Scan the scale ticket with your bills, you will get reimbursed on your next check. You won't get any immediate money back. Doesn't work that way.

And the next time you have to scale a load, save your money and use your Comdata card. just to over the scales, then go inside and give them your card. You'll have to give the same info as when you fuel and that is it. No getting advances to cover the cost and no need for reimbursements. I don't think you need to scan it that way either, but might be a good idea anyway.

You can also download the Cat Scale app to your phone and enter your card number as a method of payment and you don't even need to go inside unless you want the paper copy.

This makes no sense whatsoever. Swift reimburses truck expenses to company drivers at the next payday as long as the driver scans the receipts. Always.

If your a company driver, they put 14 dollars a day on your Comdata card just use that for buying scale tickets.
