Company truck? A way to stay warm in winter and cool in the summer with the engine off. The Freightliner SmartPark system is pretty nice.
Full locking rears not just a power divider can save a ton of hassle and wasted time in tricky low traction situations. Company rigs usually always cheap out on that one but then again, what's a stuck truck worth? -

People think that you can drive down the road with your lockers in. You can't. They are good for getting out of mud(if you have decent tires) and traveling in a straight line.
