If I wanted to be specialized in let’s say tankers how can you do it with no experience. Since I have all the endorsements I want to best use them.

You can not become specialized with no experience.
    That is an oxymoron.

Have you ever listened to truck drivers talk at the lunch counter? With all of the "knowledge and experience" you wonder how they ended up as truck drivers.

    Bakerman Thanks this.

Seriously, you just have to apply to a tanker position that doesn't require experience. Almost guaranteed to get a job in a week.

I did straight truck fuel delivering to farms, businesses and oil field drilling rigs. That’s one way to start. Then graduate up to semi truck tankers.

I try to avoid it, as there is usually nothing worth listening to.

And that is not becoming specialized in the field, it is just limiting your experience to one area of it.

It seems like the OP considers anything other than a dry box as specialized since he used the generic "tanker" when he referenced it. Therefore that is the definition I'm responding to.

    TripleSix and Moosetek13 Thank this.

Be careful of some of the tanker programs. You'll end up a homeless Bedouin living in truck stops in South or West Texas. Dust and mud and pot-hole parking lots, and so-so checks will be your entire life.
