That is great how long have you been with swift for? That was my Second Company that I was thinking about going to. I pick Warner over them.
How does the 70 hours of 8 days work out and 34 hour reset?

Also less options for taking a 30 minute break, or eating for that matter.
The big issue is when you want to shut down, and how will the parking situation be at that time.
A lesser issue is your 30 minute break, because you really should not shut down in the fuel island.
Many of those drivers just stop in the fuel island for a 30, and tell others to back up and go around them.
Jerks.
And when you want to shut down at 0500, there are no parking spots for another hour or two.
I would rather plan my trips to leave early and arrive early, to avoid rush hours, to find a good parking spot early enough - and to not piss other people off. -

By the way...
My mentor that trained me was with Swift for the same amount of time when I started, and he is still here. -

If you go with Swift.
I only know the system at Swift, so I would not be of much use with any other company.
Unless you are meaning things in general and not specific to the Swift way of things. -

I am not one of the 'you guys'.
I am a lazy driver that likes to drive in my own time and in my own way.
I am also someone that can learn a system and work with it to my own best advantage. -
"I hear people drive. Can someone explain how to drive? thanks." -
