How does this happen?!

    Parked along the curb? From the picture it looks like your parked in the middle of the road to me. Again from the pic it looks like you made it a one lane road. When you got out you couldn't have thought that nothing could possibly happen. Don't get me wrong, I've had jobsite delivery lots of times and parked not so legal but when I get out I think to myself - I sure nobody hits me cause it will my fault.

    I was along the curb. I have another picture showing I was along the curb. The police report is done and the guy hit a parked truck and was at fault. There’s no other place I could’ve parked the truck. The driveway to the jobsite was freshly poured within 4-5 days. It’s company policy not to pull into the driveway. If you’ve been to subdivision job sites you should understand how many vehicles are parked along the street curbs

    A lot of subdivision’s offer street parking along the curbs regardless of job sites or not
