I am sure there is a little bit more to your story than just allen lund isn't paying you....was there any damaged freight? was it exclusive use of trailer and you had something with it when you showed up at the receiver? were you late or did your truck breakdown and it was a time sensitive product? allen lund has pretty good credit score....they are not the best 3pl broker out there but they do pay their bills in timely manner if the bills are clean ofcourse.

Here is how it went from A to Z. Called on a posted load from Tucker GA to Westfield MA 1024 miles loaded and approx 105 miles dead head miles and the DAT reported an average rate of approx $2800. Well after nickel and dimming we agreed to do the load for $2150 because easy on off and promise of a big company. The loading place took 5 hours to load and the guy never honored his word of fuel advance. Anyway load was delivered at C&S warehouse who refused to take load 10 hours earlier, but after getting there 1 hour in advance at 10PM they did not unload till 4:30AM and paper work by 5AM. Anyway we submitted invoice as normally we do with complete documentation of times IN/OUT and sending emails for confirmation times as the delay occurred. They told us to send bills to Florida address instead of GA, which we did again. We started to get calls from them after couple of months to contact them about the load. And never got our payment which was supposed to be with in 30day which is really ridiculous to begin with when Kenny Lund advertises that he is growing very fast because of helping the truckers with advance and quick pay in you tube video at the truck show. We went to the Bond with all documentation and the Bond (Dave Carney or some name like that c/o TIA) after they told us to F OFF we went to court and provided all the proofs that Allen Lund does business in NJ but some how the judge still called it that they do not do business in NJ and we do not have any jurisdiction over them, case dismissed. In the documentation we proved breach of contract and false advertisement and possibly some other elements. That’s how it went. So if Allen Lund keeps on advertising to be a real good broker and keep on beating poor truckers out of about $3000 each time that will make them grow fast as they are.
