    I don't know. I stopped letting people talk to me like a child when I stopped being a child. If someone, boss or no boss, told me I was like a woman I would offer to show him how much he was wrong. Probably start with a throat punch or a kick to the knee.

    Are you the only one he does it to? Sounds like he found his whipping boy! If you just put your tail between your legs and let it continue it will never change! And what's he gonna fire you for? Being a man?? I can't ever recall being fired for standing up to a bully!
