i was willing to overlook and ignore allot of things for the sake of having a job on my record that i stay with for a while, but friday sealed the deal for me...... looking consistently now. no one calls me a dumb motherfbomb and gets away with it. i dont have to listen to someone telling me that i am a woman and was put on this earth to annoy him. when i leave i think im going to tell his wife that i have to leave because her husband is an abusive motherfbomb, i refuse to stay working for someone like that. the sad part is, i think he might be verbally abusive to her, not that im going to get involved in that. not my problem.

every-time is he has been abusive he has been talking like that with no one else around OR with my personal cell phone. basically so no one else could hear his abusive remarks. he knows i have no witnesses.

perhaps the next time something comes out of his mouth i should say something like, just before you continue running your mouth everything you say is being recorded. not that i would record without his permission, i understand the legal ramifications of that. perhaps it would just give him pause.

perhaps i should tell him, as he is not paying my cell phone bill, i am no longer going to allow him to use it for his benefit.

one more thing, his wife is one of the nicer people i have ever dealt with. she's very pleasant to deal with. i wish she called all of the shots. i have absolutely no problem with her.

i was at another quarry and they asked me how i liked working for him. i cannot say its good, but tried to keep the negativity kind of on the down low. i said, its OK but he has his quirks. they said yeah we know.

Don't work yourself up into a lather. You will just push yourself into doing something that will hurt your prospects. Go to work Monday and do your job. Push back calmly if he pushes you. Don't let your emotions screw you over.

Remember: It is always easier to get a new job when you have one already.

Here are some craigslist listings to help you in your exit plan.

    "Dear Diary,

My boss yelled at me today... it hurt. He said i sucked at backing up my straight dump truck. He's right, I do kinda suck, but what am I sposed to do? I've only been driving for less than a year so backing up is still kinda hard.

Plus, his potty mouth really upsets me. I'm sensitive, and curse words hurt.

I think I'll talk about it (translation , HIM) to all his competitors and customers to see what they think. Plus I'll ask everyone I see about a job.

    Sounds like a plan.

    Write you tomorrow Dear Diary,

    Signed,

    Me

Don't be making a post like this while I'm busy drinking. I now have milk all over my desk and monitor. I'll have to send to the cleaning bill! :)

    Of course not.

Do you know why the boss treats him like a girl?

Guy gets in his face and calls him a girlie, what does he do? Tell everyone online. Then he goes to the competitors and complains. And they're thinking to themselves the very same thing that members here are.

I heard a waitress crying one night, lamenting about how her boyfriend beat her. An older waitress was trying to comfort her and I wanted to eat. "Hello? Can I get some service here?" They both look at me like I said something rude. Just wait, I am about to get rude...

"How many dates does it take for it to be okay fora guy to punch your lights out? He didn't do it on the first date. How many dates did it take for you to figure in your mind that this is true love and for it to be okay for him to hit you in your eye?"

Same thing goes with OP. The boss didn't do this on the first day. How many days does it take? Well, that waitress didn't want to answer me and she didn't want to do anything to change her situation. I told her to enjoy her arse whippin. Same goes with you. You are the one that says it's okay. Enjoy your arse whippin.

To the rest of the guys in this forum: this is why it is so important to carry yourselves as Men every day. Once you lose your Man Card, you never get it back.
