How fast can you safely go with tire chains on?

25 is my number. I don't want to get going so fast that if one starts to come off I can't get stopped quickly. Make sure you stop after 10 or so miles to ensure they're all still tjght.

it depends in if you are only using chains, or actually handcuffed to something ? in which case u cant go anywhere

Same here, if you know how to properly install chains that is, but? Like in Colorado when they throw up the chain law when roads are just wet, slower is bettericsheeple Thanks this.

Thanks for the replies! In my limited experience, I found the roads too rough to go much more than 20mph anyway. But at that speed, they seemed just fine.
