How hard will it be to get back into a company?

Hello all. Ok lets start with I got my CDL a few years ago at C.R. ENGLAND in Texas. Decided to take my CDL home and got a job working for MAINE'S PAPER&FOOD. I drove a standard 48' reefer with a sleeper (freight-liner, volvo, international <---Don't Like ) anyhow I drove for them for 18 months most was same day or over night runs. Traveled through VT,ME,DE,NY,PA,VA,DC, and NYC a few times which i just do not like. When you work for MAINES you bid on your runs for 8 to 12 months at a time and that is a set run you keep. They may add a stop or two here and there and throw in a back haul once and a while. I made ok I guess. .20c per mile and .22c a case. usually there would be about 1400 cases on each trailer so drive 659 miles in one day plus 1400 cases would be $439.00 a day for a good run plus you get stop pay 3 bucks a stop and i would have about 2 to 3 runs a week. I got fired because we had a new transportation Manager start and he was trying to make me take runs on my days off and i would not except. they said I was no call no show but i did call and tell them i couldn't take the extra runs and i needed my days off. well they just stopped giving me runs. i would call and ask and they would say we dont need you tonight over and over. well finally i got a call from HR saying you have been fired for no call no shows. I filed for Unemployment and of course MAINES fought it. saying i was no call no show. i told the unemp. lady that i would send her my cell phone records proving i called everyday. So i won.. i have been on Unem. for about 5 months and decided i wanted to start driving dedicated or regional. but now I found out i have lost my license for 108 days for laps of insurance on my car. The DMV said i have to serve this penalty and there is no other way to pay to have it shortened. how hard will it be to get a driving job after i get my license reinstated? i have no tickets or charges otherwise for anything. no felony's. no overweight's and no speeding tickets. no accidents either. can someone help me out here will advise? thanks guys.
