Cool story! I'm trying to get motivated to do the same thing. So far I have lost 20lbs just switching jobs, I do little driving and more moving about hauling fuel hoses etc. But I still need to loose about 50lbs. I just need to get started on a regiment and quit cokes again.
A slow carb diet is also a gluten free diet, and it works well on the road for losing weight, and not having that mid-day drop, where you feel you need a snooze.
