Don't waste your time there's no box. They always had 2 metal arms that kept it level at the dock until the rocket scientist that specs stuff decided we could save 20lbs there. They did the same thing back in the 90's and it didn't work then either. Guess they forgot.
Don't be messing with any of that. If you end up causing some damage to a trailer after playing with that stuff, you'll probably get terminated over it.
Here's what I've always done... Walking: Bump dock, slip the clutch just enough to push up firm against set the brakes. Trailer too low: Slide tandems to the rear. Never had an issue except in some rare cases with the smaller warehouses and they usually have ramps outside to back on, to level it.
Anyone know how fast that dump is supposed to well dump? i have one in the shop, calling for all 4 bags to be replaced. i supplied air, bags are fine. no leaks. have it hooked up doing a leak test, onlt spots i found are the thru t's for people to lazy to get out and check the air pressure. i then stopped the leak test, hit it off an luckly i wasnt up enough to get hit but the trailer came down fast! way to fast. any help would be great. jy cheyenne
