Just because you were exploited, doesn't mean I'll stand for being exploited.
This is the only industry I've ever heard of the employees are happy to work for no pay. Something is wrong with that mentally.

If you think for a moment you're not getting screwed in some way, you're living in a fantasy.
Trucking has always been about who gets screwed first. Just because you ain't first, don't mean you ain't getting screwed.InTooDeep, Rideandrepair, bzinger and 1 other person Thank this. -

let me tell you something, to me, it is not called "exploitation" when you work for a bona fide, good company. it IS however called EXPLOITATION, when one works for a 1099 company.

In my OTR days bad loads were subjective..
Could be a bad receiver, a fingerprint load or maybe a area where you might sit, hopefully not all weekend or maybe just not maximum miles for the delivery appt.
But we took em all and that's how we learned the difference between them.Crusader66, Rideandrepair, bzinger and 1 other person Thank this. -

I simply quit and got a better job elsewhere.Gearjammin' Penguin, Tb0n3, asphaltreptile311 and 1 other person Thank this.
