How is Builders Transportation Company (BTC) to work for?

Looking at putting in an application with BTC and I would like to hear from current and former employees. I have 2 years flat bed experience and 15 years total

driving experience. I want to know the real deal on these guys! I have seen mostly good stuff about them so far 1 or 2 negative things but I know every one is

not going to have a good experience. I am looking to make sure that I make the right decision in this move so lay it out there drivers give me the honest truth about these guys...

 

Yeah I have been doing a ton of searching on here and Google. I actually found a couple of there drivers and had about a hour and a half conversation with one of them tonight. And the northeast is no big thing been doing it off and on for the past 15 years. I just got myself jammed up with owning my truck and having a major engine breakdown so I have got to get rolling. I think they are a good company and seem to pay very well. I think the hardest thing would be getting used to 65mph lol. But I appreciate all the come back's and welcome what any one else has to say...
