How is everyone’s company doing right now

seems odd to me you guys are slow every mcdonald’s i past are always busy. I guess people are penny pinching more then i thought

 

Tim’s is about the same price for that , it’s ridiculous and now with interest rates continuing to go up . I just had to renew my mortgage at 4.46 % which has raised my payment luckily only $40 a month and i’m seeing banks as high as 6%


Luckily i’m still getting my 10 - 11 hrs a night but it’s mostly running around picking up empties and then dropping them in our yard the otr drivers are hurting for miles seems like it’s mostly your regular plain old general freight carriers who are slow

 

what I don’t get is Iron maiden says MB is slow but yet they’re still posting a ads on indeed and Mb website looking for driver. Why do companies mislead new potential hires if they’re slow and don’t really have any work

 

That’s a really good question and if that’s the case i’m glad i didn’t go to MB I’m in Orangeville and there’s no way I could move to oshawa or to be honest want to . I still remember my schneider days of driving to loblaws Ajax every day and man did that suck . That would truly suck to find a good paying job that’s union just to find out you have to move or look for a new job.


Once the new Oshawa warehouse is open are they closing the Brampton location
