Lots of paperwork like it normally would be, spending a few days over the 8 on tarping and and ll that. -
Drug test weed outs? They must do hair or swab to loose that many...lol -
Hair and piss. We lost a guy from piss because he didn't realize he was diabetic aND that shows up from sugar levels
-
Wow, that sucks for him. I'm coming in on the greyhound on Saturday, they didn't have anything for Sunday so I'm going to be there an extra day, anything in the area to do interesting?

I have posted quite a bit about melton ill sum up some here.
I only worked for them for a couple months not because they were a bad company they are actually a decent starter company. I just felt i was worth more.
Orientation is very competitive, you are graded on multiple things all throughout the orientation. From driving skills to attitude and rout planning. We didn't actually lose a lot of people but we did lose about 5 including one the last day of orientation. Most were kicked out because of driving.
Melton is a huge company they are a mega dont get that twisted. You are out minimum 2 weeks most of the time 3 and they like you to stay out for much longer. In fact they pushed me to just "swing by" the house after being out for 6 weeks. Which i did not do.
The biggest thing for me was tarping, they tarp everything and all my loads were 3 tarp loads just my luck lol. Im guessing they charge a generic tarp fee that is MUCH higher then what you get which is a measly 40 bucks to tarp and untarp. I felt for the amount of work being done the pay wasn't there. Its all subjective depending on what type of background you have i guess and how much you earned previously.
Pay will be between 700-1100 take home a week. Trucks are ok they have APUs but the T660 is very small. with no fridge and what not. The T680 habe a fridge which is nice.Matt Mills Thanks this. -
@sprayed150 any way you can have them put together a packet? They didn't have any when I checked in.
-
I handed them the box personally yesterday afternoon at the hotel with the packets for the orientation starting tomorrow. I'd try to call, front desk may have a number
