Never worked for Prime, but flatbedin is flatbedin. First, pay attention and Listen!!! (don't be playin around, they may send you home!) then they're going to make sure your up for the task, then its going to be load securement. Could be chains or straps. They're going to make sure you know how to secure that load so it don't come off (flatbeds don't have walls). Then the fun begins, Tarpin. Tarps can weight from 85 to 150lbs. You will have to pick it up and put it on the back of the trailor. Once you get through that part of the training you'll go out with a trainer for five or six weeks. If you're pulling a spread axle, you'll have to learn how to turn with it. You can roll the rubber right off the rims and you'll learn how far a turn you can make. Flatbeds can have a whip effect if you turn to sharp. Good luck to Ya.
