Most highway washrooms require a hazmat suit with a fresh air feed mask now. Some you need to wear hip waders too. Considering we now have drivers that come from 3rd world countries where toilet paper is rarely used, you can't touch anything including door handles etc because you don't know where other hands have been. Yes I'll hang it out wherever I pull over. But I have the good common sense to not leave my fluid where someone else would walk or lie down. Although in the winter at a brake check that's pure ice, it's a handy way to melt it under your tires.
How lazy and disgusting can you be...?
