Not ahead of yourself; it's not too early to research and start a list of companies to apply with. You can submit applications the first week of CDL school.
CT Transportation might fund CDL school; call and ask.

Some outfits won't take you if you've been involved in a rearend accident. Barring that, most will deal with something relatively minor.

no need the Workforce Initiate and Opportunity Act or something like that is paying for my school fully, just gotta go through some classes at the unemployment office and pass work keys tests, then I don't have to worry about being in a year contract or any loans which will be pretty sweet. Like financial aid for not accredited learning programs.

And idk about las vegas I think I would spend all my trucking money on hookers, I mean gamble with it.

Yes what your saying is true too as they say " you've got to be in it to win it", although if a company says no Dui's in last 5 years or no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years they've got to mean it otherwise why stipulate those rules in the first place?

Rules are bent on a case by case basis.

When it comes to things pertaining to your mvr, companies don't make the call their insurance companies do once upon a time it was easy for drivers to get jobs but now insurance companies turn down a lot of drivers.

depending on the company, some insurance also require so much exp to drive for that company. With starter companies I think what marks are on the mvr factors in whether you're hireable or not and how old the marks are and that's it.

Don't spend all of it on hookers; put a little aside for Ramen Noodles and cigarettes.
