How long before accident/MV appears on DAC?

    Just curious if this is a federal standard time(according to FMSCA) before an incident goes on your record or if it is something compiled on an annual basis, anyone have any idea?

    I am telling anyone I applied with date and nature of incident, etc. and advising them it might not even show up yet.

    That doesn't sound right. What if you got a ticket for xyz and chose to plead not guilty in court and you beat it or get the charges reduced. If the cops send in what they wrote you for and the court result is something different what would go on your record?
