About 39 days. Then was offered a job where I would work 3 twelve hour days and have 4 days off and be home every night. Something I couldn't pass up.

I hauled sod locally for a little over a year and then got the itch to go OTR. I went with Commercial Carriers for 3 months and had my fill, they were a good company just not my cup of tea. I went back to the sod company for another couple years and have been with my current compnay since Jan.08.

Little over 2 years. Did line haul for ONC. Got tired of the same route week in and week out. Went to PIE for about 3 years, doing line haul. Was promised a different route, but got stuck on basically the same one I had been doing for ONC. Then took a local dairy tanker job for 8 years. After that...O/O until '06.

I was treated very well at my first job, but the pay was low and there were no benefits. After one year, I left for more money, health insurance and pension.

I was at my first job for 4 and a half years, left for another company that paid more $$$,but with more $$$ came more B.S..I'm at my third company and even though it's not the "ideal" situation for me,it works for now.I am looking for something else that would be more of a "better" situation for me.
