it depends, the points drop off after 3yrs, the tickets will drop off the printed report after 7 yrs, but because of a change in the law a few years back, they are still stored in the system for life. In Colorado this only applies to CDL holders, non-CDL, the tickets drop off totally after 10 yrs.
