I would like to hear from those of you who took it easy and also those who maxed their work time.

Define top pay. Top for your company? Feild? (I.e. flat, tank, excc.) You can always make more, just have to decide whats enough, or more importantly what your willing to do for. "Enough"

Used to be 65. Gubmint may have changed it to 67 or even 70. Top pay is what u get every payday. Bron earns 20+ mil. TR staff slightly less.

about two years to get in a position of about 80% pay rate according to what has been posted here. Would be about 90% if I worked 7 days a week. But weekends are not mandatory. I average 5.5 days a week.

Don't know, the last three jobs I've had I got top rate at the time of hire.
Guess it depends on how bad they want you. -
