It is possible that the driver went home for a visit on the 1st., 2nd, or 3rd. month to see his wife. This could explain the baby being due after 10 months of the driver being on the road.

Been OTR (or the closest thing to it up here) for 9 years. We both had a little trouble adjusting at first, but we're good to go now. On the other hand, if you're asking how long she puts up with being in the truck, she comes with me sometimes for a 2-3 week run and adjusts to my schedule real quick. We actually have a lot of fun on the road together. Only down side to that is by the end of day 3 she has completely reorganized my truck and I can't find anything for awhile.

 

I didn't know I was such a bad driver until my wife started riding with me. She quickly pointed out what I was doing wrong. Sleeping pills in her food solved that problem. She couldn't figure out why truckers get so tired, because she said she gets plenty of restful sleep.
