How many accidents or tickets can a trucker have before losing their job??????

You can always keep appealing right up to the Supreme Court. I think you have a right to freedom of speech and expression in this country don't we? As long as it doesn't get physical.

it varys from company to company 4 points or more can get you fired.and one accident with serious injury and may put the company in court that can get you fired also. so it may depend on the companys pollices also time on the jobs also !!!!!!!

 

There is no one answer. If you have poor fuel milage and a bad attitude, you can ding a trailer and get fired. On the other hand I know a guy that unfortunately ranover and Killed an elderly driver and his grandson and was not Terminated. He was deemed not at fault but his log was not current to the last change of duty.

Some companys will Fire you for any tcket over 75mph others for any 15 over the limit.

It is case by case and your safety department is the one to ask.
