How many Cold Cranking Amps for a jump starter?

    I used my car to charge truck batteries. It is easy. I used wires, started car and wait for 15-20 minutes. Not fully charged truck batteries but enought for start.

    So APU helps.

    It is not really legal to use refer to charge truck batteries (reger and trucktor electrical systems MUST be separated by DOT and Euro regulations) but I used to jump refer alternator with truck batteries to keep them "hot"

    ... a 3000W HONDA generator will do the same job.

    Half tempted to apply my Generac 12500 KW gennie on the job with a big ### kicker. Hook it straight to starter. Mash button.

    She should crank.
