How many different types of tarps do you guys carry?

    Tarping in and of itself isnt bad. When done right there is a sense of pride seeing other drivers admire your work. The thing that is bad about tarping is the conditions in which it must be done. 105 deg and 90 % humidity, 30 mph winds, blizzard, torrential downpour. That is what makes tarping hard.

    I wish that's what the load paid :) That's the value of the load, I get paid by the day.

    Tarping doesn't bother me. Folding them up when I'm done is the part I don't like.

    Wind. The first load I ever trapped was at Weyerhaeuser in Merritt BC. I laid out both tarps, climbed down just in time to watch the wind carry both tarps across the yard.
    I later learned to place the front- rolled up tarp on the front of the rear tarp when I unrolled it, to help it stay put.
