How many drivers do regular massage therapy and / or chiropractor?

    that's the trick, don't ever stop moving, motion is lotion. If you don't use it, it gets stiff and locks up, then the joints start grinding away because everything is stiff, stabilizer muscles have all gone to sleep so joints starts moving around in ways they shouldn't, basic mobility at that point actually starts causing injury from mechanical wear, stuff not aligned and held together properly. Got to move

    Typical hillbilly mentality response. If I need my winkie touched I can go somewhere else.
    The place I go to has a very good reputation and IMO, Thai massage technic is way above any other massage schools

    Yeah, there's a lot of things Asians do well. And their culture meshes well here in the Americas. I trained an Asian kid a while back. Even with my experience doing the job already for a while I couldn't keep up with that ball of energy. He did well and is still there doing the job. He drives well overall.
