The number of DUI's accepted will vary from company to company and is based on their insurance company's policy. There's a website that gives a company's policy on DUI's as well as accidents and tickets. I'll PM you the site.

Under Michigan law the dui's stay on your record forever. You have no recourse in Michigan to have them removed from your record. You can still go out and get a CDL but like others have said the economy is slow, which is killing freight levels.Any company now can pick and choose before hiring and I bet they start with a driver who has no dui's or a relatively clean record.

Keep checking with companies. Most of them should have that info on their sites. If not, you can always call them. Roehl is out, as they will only accept drivers with one DUI. My hubby has two - one from 16 years ago and one from 20 years ago. The age of them won't make a difference to some companies, but to others it might.

He could possibly get ONE removed, if that was all he had. But since he had three, he couldn't get ANY of them removed. But chances are, they don't even show up on his driving record anyway.
