How many DUI`s is too many

Actually that guy was partially correct Bumpy. You got your DUI's prior to getting your CDL which is a big difference. Also in a day before computers and the CDLIS. It would take a deep background check to find yours.

383.51 has different rules for CDL holders that get a DUI.
The first DUI in your personal vehicle gets a 1 year suspension from driving a CMV on top of what your state gives you.
Get a second DUI in your POV while being a CDL holder gets one a life suspension.

I leave everything in a bus locker in Buffalo NY. I'm from Texas, so they know I have at least 23 guns in my truck. If you want it that bad, come get it. Canada is a nice place, Dui is just stupid.

 

one DUI is way to many.

 

We just had a guy arrested here last night for his 8th DUI,Of course he was also driving without a license.Hope he never even looks at a truck.
