this has probably been asked a million days and changes with the wind I'm sure, but, just wondering how many miles most of the company guys are getting recently. I have been talking to a few recruiters and am being told mostly 2500 to 3000. sound reasonable?
obviously it will be less while training and even after first going solo I'm sure until you get up to speed on how things work.
how many miles are you getting now days

That figure is an avg. that all the recruiters give you even their websites say this. Realistically it all depends on the week and the amount of loads available.
I avg for good weeks. 2250. bare min bad weeks 1200. best week ever was 3400 which i will say was a really tough week. overall avg is about 2k to 2500. oh and im running in the Midwest regional area. -
thanks that was about what I was figuring.
SmokeyCowboy009 Thanks this. -
I average around 2000 to 3500 with a rare 4000 every one in awhile.
-
between 2200 and 3000, so I guess I average 2500 but that even includes off time, since I often hold stuff back so I get a paycheck every week, plus, don't want to pay more taxes than I have to
-
How do you average 2000-3500 and sometimes 4000 ????
Do you mean about 2800 a week ??
-
Average week for me has been 3,100.They would run me more but I wont carry that many log books....
-
I'm getting 1200 to 2270 miles a week. However I barely leave the state. I go from one end to the next. I'm paid percentage of truck, not CPM.
