My average based on a week is anywhere from 535 to 600 miles a day depending on what part of the country I'm in. Ca, IL, Oh are killers on my time however Tx,Nm,Nv are all states where I make serious time. The most I've ever logged if memory serves me correctly is about 650-670 in one day. As long as you're running west shouldnt matter and you should be able to hit high numbers. Good luck and drive safe!!

My yearly average since I started trucking has been about 450 miles per working day but that includes all the 1/2 days getting home and local work. I generally don't plan my days stop above 600 miles and have a back up plan for 500-600 just in case.

Its pretty easy to run 600 miles per day OTR. That's around a 55 MPH moving average. The most I have run in a day is 667 miles. That was on a west coast trip and I was below the speed limit all day.

When was the last time you drove through Illinois and Ohio? Both states eliminated the split speeds on the interstates a couple years ago. Illinois is about to eliminate the split speeds on the non-interstates, too....last I heard, it's on the governor's desk.

I once had a shag trip but the warehouse was pretty tight so I spent an above average time backing it up. I think with all the backing I did my miles for that day came out to -12. :(

Would 600 miles a day be for a 7 day work week?

600 miles a day would be for a day.

Could you do that for 7 straight days, no. Not quite sure what you're asking but if you were to run every day you could average 8.75 hours on duty and never run out of hours. Once you take out time for fueling, loading etc. you would be pushing it to average 8 driving hours a day. That would likely be 450 to 500 miles in most cases.
