30 - 180 within 8 to 12 hours. Sometimes I don't even get on the freeway till I'm nearly 8 hours into my shift if my route is within the city my terminal is in.

I am pushing (round trip) 600 to 750 miles almost every single load I run it seems. No one has ever said a word. I (usually) get loaded and unloaded fast so that helps a lot.
This is why some shippers/receivers just have to be no go zones for me.... -
Interesting thread. I NEVER EVER logged more then 60 miles an hour. Tops. Way back when I had a buckeye DOT cop to do some quick math on me. Started my day a few miles south of Cleveland. Was pulled over near where I 71 crosses the Cincy bypass. Very eazy to check miles against time. Some of those REDACTED do this REDACTED. Almost every company I ever drove for would send you a log warning letter for averging over 62 to 65 MPH.

This is a 65 mph truck plains to Oregon and back to near Atlanta today. This is my preferred style (and almost typically available) this past 8 days. I prefer to start my day about 03:00-04:00 central time. Few hours earlier if in eastern seaboard states.
Another 500 mile day Sunday, then a restart Monday and see what they can scrounge up in Florida after Tuesday morning unload.
