I left millis the friday before labor day and my last pay stub said i had run a little over 75000 miles this year and grossed right at 38000 dolllars so far this year. last year i ran around 105000 miles and made right at 49000 dollars.

I was on straight pay and short route. If i had not left for a better job this december would of made 7 years with millis. I left them for better money and home everyday and 2 days a week off. If it not for that i would still be there as i had a good dispatcher there and he took care of me.

    GtownWing Thanks this.

The last three weeks have all been over 3K. I ran about 137K my first year with Millis. I am on pace to beat that this year. Just understand, miles can and do vary week to week. Some weeks you cant get empty fast enough and some weeks you're begging for a long run. So plan for those ups and downs and you'll be fine.

As Spanky said - Once your dispatcher trusts you and knows you can run - he/she will usually keep you moving. NEVER EVER turn down or question a load unless your hrs wont allow you to make the delivery on time.

Last week I was just shy of 3000. Come Monday(the end of the pay period) I will be at 2180, but I went home for 4 days.
