Hint - People (for lack of better term) like the IRS or CRA LOVE to call upon the working man and audit his taxes ..... keeping track of your mileage usually works in your favor (broker or not)

I figure 5 million miles. 1 preventable and 3 speeding tickets. Now I am doing superloads 190 feet long. There are rewards for doing a good job.

In relation to this thread, who's kept all their log books?

I have all of mine going back to 1989 in a box. I was recently trying to remember somewhere I visited and when so I was looking through a few. It was amazing how some of the entries immediately brought back memories of the trip. On the other hand there were a few where I said to myself, 'wow, I've been there?', no memory whatsoever.

I think I barely hit a million miles before I got off the road back in April of 2012.

Military + Civilian miles? Since 1979? 3 million easy....but what's more important to me is the SAFE miles I've driven - no one got hurt or killed and I got home alive to my family and friends...

That's way more important than some stupid mileage tally decaled on the side of a truck...
