I passed 1 million about 1.5 million ago. I haven't had a ticket since 1995 and haven't had a preventable accident since 1993. My luck may be running thin though. I had 2 non-preventable this month. A 4-wheeler tried passing me in a no passing zone in a curve and had to cut in to avoid a head on and hit my left steer tire. it didn't do anything to my truck but my lug nuts opened up the side of his mini-van like a can opener. Company ruled it non-preventable. Then another driver backed into my trailer in a truck stop. I still can't figure out why he was backing in when all he had to do is pull around and just pull through. Then he got pissed at me for wanting to report it.

Started in 1964, been doing this OTR "thingy" off & on ever since. Passed 2.5 m in the early 90's hauling cars, along with "heavy haul" well, most anything except for fuel & bulls. Still at the "heavy haul thingy" now, must be close to 3 m by now. 1 non-preventable accident, 2 speeding tickets, a BUNCH of oversized violations <G>. It can be done but not easily!!!!! Great luck to everyone with the new regulations!

I have really lost count of all of the miles I have drove. I have been driving trucks for the better part of 24 years, so I'm sure its up around 2 million plus. I used to run from The Boston Market to Salinas, Ca and back when I work for the company Van Pak/Hirschbach for many years. Now as an independent, I have mainly been doing dedicated runs from Montgomery, Al to the Modesto, Ca area and back... So within the last few years of this run, I have really racked up the miles. BTW, I have no moving tickets and I am accident free.

I'm at just over 1.5 million and counting. Accident free and only 2 tickets. Both for speeding, back in 1999. Both were only written for 9mph over. Guess I was very fortunate. The law wasn't as harsh on drivers back then, plus I was young and dumb. ;)
