I ran mostly short regional and local so just a little over one and a half million was all I could verify. I don't keep track anymore.
Tickets? Quite a few over weight when I was hauling logs. No movers. No DUI.
Accidents? Are we counting ripping a bumper off on a stump turning around in the dark? How about pulling out from under a load of logs on a steep grade when I was dumb enough to try grabbing a gear?
Would an accident include being towed by a Cat on a steep pull, having the bull line break and snap back across the top of the cab taking out the right windshield, all the marker lights, the horns, and one side of the headache rack?
Other than those there weren't too many.Wargames, Sons Hero, LameMule and 1 other person Thank this. -
3.5 years solo driving 125,000 per year= 437,000 miles
I have drove approximately 1,137,000 miles without a preventable accident.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
Closing in on 3 million. Last chargeable was in Feb of 86. Last accident of any kind was Jun of 98. Last ticket was in May of 04.

Started in 1992, 3 yrs Local, OTR in 1995, had 1.4+ mil. W/O any chargeable accidents. Had 1 chargeable accident in Dec.2008. Now 13 yrs later, 1.3 mil.+ W/O any chargeable accidents or tickets. Knock on Wood. I beat the charge from the accident. Paid a Lawyer $800, and a fine for $800. Ticket got changed from wreckless Operation to Improper equipment. But I still had the wreck. Clearly my fault. Construction zone, in NJ. I was merging onto a 25 mph hammer lane. Truck came speeding around a blind corner. Still my fault. I didn’t see him, pulled right out. Landed on top of the Stop Sign at the bottom of ramp. it was 3:00 A:M, on the phone with my wife, had missed the Turnpike exit. Had done a flip at Ambon Perth exit. Followed the detour, wrecked merging on. Definately a Learning experience. Ended that year with a bang!

Got 48+ years in.
Have to be close to 3 million.
Never kept track after going from OTR to private over 30 years ago.
Never had an accident but I've had an incident or two. Nothing serious or costly to the companies I was with and take my record seriously.
Last semi ticket was in 1988.
Last 4 wheeler ticket was 1994.
Last motorcycle ticket was around 2008, #### sport bikes. -
Retired for two years and I find myself sitting in my garage looking at the pictures of trucks I've owned and going over every mile of the 5 million miles I've driven! Three Kenworths, 1 9900ix international, 1 western star and 1 brand new Peterbilt. All gone but not forgotten. I guess the road never ends.
Wargames, Rideandrepair, Sons Hero and 2 others Thank this. -
End of next month will mark my 40th year. Never kept track of the miles. Really dont want to know. Only 6 states I havent had a truck in. CA, NV, AZ, RI, VT, and HI.

Hard for me to quantify, as I also had a lot of miles driving cab and straight trucks, but just on Class 8 articulated trucks, probably about 1.5million. I know I was up to 900k with JB Hunt early in my career when we went our separate ways, so I lost out on the special belt buckle at 1 million miles....
