how many of driver are payed for deadhead miles?

I own 5 trucks drive one myself. Have always payed on deadhead over 75 miles was just wondered if I should be paying on all. Pay my flatbeds 50cpm and vans 45cpm

Pretty much every outfit I've been at that paid by the mile paid all miles loaded or empty.

Pay your guys the way you would want to be paid. Your guys will take better care of your equipment and take less chances on the road because they can actually afford to be a Truck Driver.
