    Yeah 10 foe, 23.5k are the best ones imo, but hefty to lug around.
    I'm a bean pole, so they certainly make me sweat when the mercury is high & sun beaming down.. :eek:

    Got hosed on a pair of Mack day cabs coming out of Sarasota few weeks back. They were inop's that I was lied to about.

    Winch could be a wise investment?? Especially when fibbed to, & they start hearing the cost to get a wrecker out there, all of a sudded an extra $500 don't sound "ridiculous" any longer.. lol

    cke Thanks this.

    I've had to call a rotator before. Couldn't drag a pair of rollers. Also had one grab a connex off me. They use to only charge $250. Loved the winch, but I use to takes tons of stuff to port of Newark to go to Africa that didn't run Screenshot_20230821_065914_Photos.jpg

    After Ian come through I run a half dozen loads or so of storm damage salvage units off Sanibel Island, & Ft Myers beach..

    Rotator bills were in the $1000's.
    $500 is worth it. Don't forget they'll be pay'n you a tonu, or detention waiting for said rotator..

    Post rona ain't nothing cheap,,
    except loadboard rates.. :eek::eek:

    Just wait till winter time. 90% of the loads must be tarpped because of salt on the roads.

    I only have lumber tarps, haven't done anything but move them around on the deck for the last year. I've never seen anything that pays enough for the work tarping takes. Let the Conestoga guys have that crap.

    cke and Rickp Thank this.
