You are wasting your time trying to explain this to the safety police on here. They do not understand or comprehend that some times you do what has to be done in order to get the job done.
I have been around cattle all my life & hauled them up until dec. 2008 so i can relate to what you are talking about.I got to know a couple of the weigh men at the cabool mo. coops well.
On a side note i made several trips through paris hauling hay to dennison last winter, nice country through there.
How many overweight tickets can a person get before they lose their license?

the "SUPER TRUCKER" is referring to me.
people keep driving illegal and they will always keep asking you to. whether it's over weight or over hours. I just simply refuse. I have a fender-bender and somebody gets hurt, they can't get me for squat. ( I hope).
oh, and if you get paid to haul it, it's freight. cows included.CAXPT Thanks this. -

It may not directly affect the score, but it's still listed and shows up as an inspection when you click the "Relevant Inspections" button on the FMCSA website. Now whether it shows up on a PSP is the remaining question.
