How many times will you deal with the same maintenance issue before quitting?

I think freightliner has had funky headlights since the word freightliner came about. lol

 

I did residential trash the exhaust had leaks and would smoke no A/C so it filled the cab. Shop waiting 10 hours to tell ME to call a tow truck cause they kept forgetting to send someone out. Rode to the yard in the tow truck. Went to work the next day shop said no defects found safe to drive. I fired it up was smoking like a chimney after a few minutes there was no spare so I got sent home no pay 3 days same thing happens. Day 4 rolls around I see they are still not doing anything so I drove the truck into the shop set it at 2k RPMs locked the doors and tossed the keys in the drain. I asked them can you breathe the defect now. Come back Monday morning same thing I quit and called DOT.

 

Dot said they'd do a follow up. Never heard anything back but I have been seeing a ton of rentals with republic stickers on the side
