I have been using ATBS for the last 5 years. At the end of the month, I send them all my reciepts and they send me a monthly statement. Every quater they tell me how much to pay, and at the end of the year they file for me.

    $70 a month

I've been thinking about going with a local CPA tho here for 2012...time will tell.

    I use a lady in Northglenn,Co.
She does all my payroll and accounting services for me.
The charge is 191.00 a month.
But that covers sending in my tax money and S.S. payments as well.
I've had her for 5 years now and am very happy with her services.
Just stuff the reciepts into the letter pak and send it off to her.
She sends me my profit/loss statements everything via email
You need her name and number send me a pm.

Well for her to run my payroll and filing all my reports and such, I'm very happy with my book keepers service.
Yes I could do it myself, but I'm a better trucker driver than booker keeper and tax person..

Road Killer and BAYOU Thank this.

Do you have a blank copy of that spreadsheet? I have seen a few, but it seems some have way more then needed and others don't have enough. Been trying to put 1 together for some of my drivers. The more info I can find, the better template I can come up with for these guys. They all run 4 wheels and local, but some of them (about 1/2) just don't understand why they always run out of money and end up owing a bunch of taxes at the end of the year.

My accountant is really cheap. Sometimes gets mine done early and sometimes late.
