Holy rotten socks, batman! 6 deaths? 19 rollovers? I wouldn't go near a company with those numbers for all the money in the world! Yes it's the drivers. But who trained them? Why does a company put up with those numbers? Where's the safety dept in all this? Who's running the training department? I'd run as fast as I can to anywhere else. There are too many other training companies out there that are MUCH safer and better paying.
you will not be trained very good and you will loose everything with that company they are still hireing after 15 years. that means a lot of fireing.
cr england dont pay enuff for the driver to live. so in return the driver runs harder dont get enuff sleep and you end up with a wreck. that company needs new pay scale and drivers that get proper sleep.
the "no sleep" is on the driver. they run on elogs and that truck cannot move during the 10 hr. only way we "cant" get sleep is if you dont trust your student at all, or you are keeping yourself up at casinos and truckstops......but ya, we dont get paid crap!!! .90 before all deductions and variable for l/o..... you might see .20 at the end of the first mile..worse if you have a 2nd seat...it stinks
Yeah you are paying the trainee. And paying .14 cpm to work for them . So .90 turned into .76 real fast . .12 for trainee .64 . wiped out fuel sir charge !Hearing they are making more selling trucks. We bought several 07 trucks (cre trades) with less than 300,000 on clock 4 years and that a low milage?
Trucks don't move when they are in the body shop. I have bought a few fleet trucks. I ended up every time with trucks with quite a bit lower mileage than the other trucks from the same company. Every one had been wrecked to some degree. If you get trucks with just body damage, and no frame or driveline damage, it usually works out pretty good.
Hey Danny. Someone told me this bout CRE Leasing Program and I'll use it to respond to you. "CR England is a company where you work 70 hours a week and you still own them money."Good luck!
