How much .cpm does Schnieder pay rookie tankers

I just got my CDL and being hired on to Schneider bulk tank division at .40 cpm and 8000.00 retention bonus. I am expecting to make 50k - 53k

 

Yeah I am kicking around tanker hazardous when I graduate in Phoenix. Recuiter came and spoke with our class and I was liking Schiender and their pay.
