Insulting has nothing to do with the pay or new drivers not taking the correct paths due to the insulting.Companies can get away with paying an insult to the drivers intelligence wage so they're going to continue to do so and that'll never change.How often does a company give raises to their drivers?I would say trucking ranks right up there with Walmart or fast food joint.

Funny you mention Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart drivers are among the highest paid drivers in the industry.

I love my job and make great money..More than money,i have a good life working only 7 months a year,maybe 8..I love NOT ''living'' in a truck and having the American Dream i can actually be home to enjoy and Love.

That to me is worth more than 100,000 gross,living in a truck or never being home to be with my LOVED ONES...You can't put a price tag on LOVE,FAMILY,GOOD FRIENDS and a Good Healthy Lifestyle...

How much do you make Pattyj? I don't believe you've mentioned how much, just mentioned "not much" before. You're kinda flying off the handle at people saying they're making good money, but you haven't given any info yourself.
