How much did you make your first year with swift ?

They will lie to you this is 2016 still paying drivers.. .28 cents they have the worse CSA scores more accidents than any fleet out here

 

I made $38k my first year. I make around $55k dedicated now though. I'm not sure why people think Swift starting pay is still low.

 

You have no idea of what you are talking about. Starting pay is .36 per mile plus bonuses. I have been here 9 months and I make .41 per mile.

 

How did you manage a .05 raise?

 

.05 bonus for being on time 100% and no preventable accidents.

God the trolls, oh well I sorta feel sorry for them. Nothing better to do sad life I guess, or maybe self esteem issues. Any way OP between 33, 000 to 38,000.. Is good numbers to figure for 1st year.

When I left swift last year my last full year was a little over 54,000. Just doing OTR.
