A good company should be zero $. Some may require a escrow, but never pay it up front. Have it taken out of settlement.

Nothing. Some pay mileage with zero deductions, some mileage with every deduction they can think of, some pay percentage then take every deduction they can think of.
Most I’ve seen charge you a fee ($3,500 where I’m at now) or keep the escrow if you leave without giving written 30 day notice.

Does 8 percent sound good? Of total gross with my trailer and insurance. The company has good loads and takes care of paper work. No headache

The company you lease on with has to carry the liability insurance. I'm not saying that they can't charge you back for it but the policy has to be theirs. You carry physical damage and bobtail.

No company should charge you to lease on. May have an escrow, so you will return their eld and any other equipment. But this will be taken weekly until you teach the amount they have set in place

That's decent. I am assuming if your getting 92% you take care of your own IFTA?
