I always packed stuff for breakfast and lunch and went large for a nice dinner everyday so if i went OTR today I'd spend about $150 weekly. Currently on line haul maybe two dollars and fifty cents a week. I would not cook in a truck. I want out of the tin can for dinner.
How much do you spend a week to live on the road solo?

I stay out 7 days . Maybe $50 to $60 on groceries to fill the fridge. Includes snacks , drinks, and meals prepared at home . Maybe another 25 to 30 if I find some good restaurant food .

I could afford to eat steak everyday, but I have limited fridge space and cooking them in a microwave is heresy. Setting up and cleaning a grill is more hassle than I can be bothered with.WesternPlains Thanks this. -
