How much do you talk on the phone everyday?

Many states are passing "hands-free" regulations. The feds are giving more highway money to states that do; though, the fines aren't "big time".

ALL military bases are "hands free", even if the air force are the only ones I have seen post signs saying they are.

 

well I live in Maine and there is no such law regarding driving and cellphones...unless you are under the age of 18.
however there is a law that if you get into an accident while using a cellphone then you can be fined and will be held responsible for the accident...actually law covers a broad range such as changing the radio station...

 

Like I said, not all the states have laws about talking on the phone.

well you shouldn't be talking n the phone while driving, as its a BIG FINE when you get caught. but for me, when i was on the road, i'd call daily for about 5 to 10 minutes tops.

By the way, hands free or blue tooth is still talking on the phone.

a phone is a phone.....an actual phone one holds in his/her hands....

and for your information smartArse, i only "BOLDED, UNDERLINED, AND ITALICIZED" what i said, i changed nothing...

and YEAH, i could have been ON THE PHONE as i was driving....OTR like what........10 maybe 15 years ago, i never said RECENTLY or even lately.....you had NO TIME LINE as to MY use of a cell phone when i did OTR......

There is no fine for talking on a phone yet when using blue tooth or hands free.

I would suggest you make statements that are clearer in the future.

But keep in mind, Ray Lahood wants to get rid of all cell phone use in the commercial vehicle.

i never said wireless (blue tooth devices, only the phone in of itself) YOU SAID it.....(hands free)!!!
