Source please......that is completely false information. If I get put outta service its completely on me to get the load either repowered, off loaded at local sale barn or left on the trailer.

Well I own and operate a Peterbilt that would easily run 90 mph if needed. I’m usually 5-10mph BELOW the posted speed limit, I do kick it up as needed if I see a line of slow fleet trucks or 4 wheelers nose to tail and pass as I see fit get ahead of them then go back to my comfortable speed. Or if traffic volume is heavy I will lower my speed to distance myself from the pack of vehicles ahead of me. Once in a while if I’m empty and headed home I will run the posted speed limit hair over maybe. I feel like running a little slower then traffic keeps the idiots away from me for the most part
Canadianhauler21, dwells40, Saltyoldone and 1 other person Thank this. -
I’m that a-hole......
If the speed limit is 70mph, I’m going 60......
Mainly because my tri drive is a pig and I pay for fuel
Canadianhauler21 and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
If you read more than 1 post you'd see it was based on my experience working on a ranch that was called by DPS occasionally to offload for OOS. As was discussed already it may well have been that the troopers just knew Danny and helped facilitate the occurrences between driver and rancher.Last edited: Jul 4, 2020

I say again you were/are making assumptions bout things you know nothing about....by your own admission in a later post you say you know nothing about "that" side of the industry
